Client Requirements
To keep us on that 4–6 week track, clients must have the following ready once deposit is collected:

Planner fee starting at $3,500+ per event | 50% payment upfront required
Events: Grand openings, birthday parties, holiday parties, staff awards, retreats, pop-up shops, retirement parties, etc.
Budget Mastery: We specialize in making a modest budget look like a luxury experience through smart sourcing and styling.
On-Site Management Fee: $400/day if I am required to be there in person for day-of execution.
Travel & Lodging: 100% of travel and lodging costs must be paid by the client within 1–2 weeks of signing the agreement.
Terms: 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve; 50% due 7 days before to the event.
Digital Event Branding (Add-on): We provide print-ready files (signage, programs, menus) for you to have printed. Custom Quote Provided.
